I absolutely adore the more muted color palette that you used here and the rendering both on usagi and in the background looks great. However something’s throwing me off about the head. Her hair, tiara, and overall face shape indicate that she’s facing towards tHe “camera”, but her actual facial features indicate that she’s facing more towards the left side of the screen.

Love the colors and the noise effect over the whole thing. And the rendering style looks great!
